Henry is a freshman at PHS and has been loving his first year in PHS theater. His first role this year was The Mad Hatter in Alice by Heart, and his roles last year at PJHS included Mordor Grim in The Bubble Gum Murders and The Wolf in Into the Woods. He hopes he can portray this real person in a way that can contribute to this very sad and true story.

Mia is a senior this year and has been doing theater for 3 years. She’s very excited to be playing Judith Resnik after doing extensive research on this powerhouse of a woman and encourages you to do your research on the lives of the other crew members. You may recognize her from Beauty and the Beast where she starred as Les Filles De Villes 2, or Clarissa from Alice by Heart. She hopes you enjoy the show.

Nex Schrank
This is Nex's 5th production with PHS Theatre. He is currently in 10th grade and is very excited about this show. His previous productions have been: Ada and the Engine, Greek Mythology Olympiaganza, Princess and the Pea, Beauty and the Beast, & Alice by Heart all performed in Pickens County. Outside of theatre, Nex is a writer as well as an avid video game player. Nex would like to thank his family and friends for their support in his pursuit of theatre.

A Scientist
Nevaeh Trowell
Nevaeh is super excited to be a part of the cast of Challenger: To Touch the Face of God. Playing as the scientist. She has been in Alice by Heart as an ensemble. Nevaeh is so happy to have support from her mom, stepdad, and grandparents. Especially her mom picking her up from just about every late rehearsal and planning her schedule around Nevaeh's rehearsals.

Zoe Kelly is a senior at PHS and a first-time director. She has been involved in over seven past productions as a part of PHS Theatre and currently serves as Thespian Troupe 5736’s vice president. She is very excited to be a student directing this production of Challenger: to Touch the Face of God and would like to thank her friends for their support and encouragement throughout the long process of putting together a show.

Jade is excited to be joining the crew of “Challenger” and can’t wait for the performance. Her previous credits include “Beauty and the Beast” and “Alice By Heart.” While not also marching for the Pride of Pickens band, Jade also serves as our thespian secretary. Violet Peel
Violet it very excited to be working on Challenger: To Touch the Face of God. She has previously worked sound and mics on PJHS Theater's 'Into the Woods' and PHS Theater's one-act 'Alice By Heart'. Outside of theater, Violet likes to spend her time reading and playing the most random games physically possible. She would like to thank her parents for dealing with her crazy theater scheduling!
